Olivia Lee

Olivia Lee is one of Britain’s fastest-rising female comedy stars. She’s glamorous, sexy, mischievous and armed with razor-sharp wit. After training at The Central School of Speech and Drama, Olivia kick-started her career on the popular BBC children’s sitcom, The Basil Brush Show, playing the Brush’s girlfriend and she hasn’t looked back since (for fear that he's following her).

She got her big break on Channel 4’s hit comedy show Balls of Steel with her own slot called Prank TV with Miss Lee, where she demonstrated her fearlessness and ability to boldly go where many others would not dare. Off the back of this success she was offered to write and star in her own comedy vehicle for Channel 4, Olivia Lee’s Naughty Bits, which premiered on Channel 4 in 2008. This led to her own series, Olivia Lee: Dirty, Sexy, Funny – a showcase for Olivia’s comic characters which launched Comedy Central UK.

The first series of Dirty Sexy Funny aired in 2010, and proved to be a hit, leading to an even more audacious second series which premiered in April 2011 on Comedy Central. The USA soon came calling and Olivia was invited to regularly appear on NBC’s The Tonight Show With Jay Leno where she provided her own brand of outrageous comedy. She has also hosted the comedy game show Battle of the Bods which ran for 3 seasons on the FOX network in the US. Olivia was hand picked by Nigel Lythgoe to host his new talent show on E! called ‘Opening Act’. Which aired worldwide in Sept 2012.

Olivia took a one woman show to the 2013 Edinburgh Fringe Festival where she received 4 star reviews for her performance in  'Touched… Like a Virgin' written by playwright Zoe Lewis. Olivia hosted 'Man Up', a make-over show for geeky guys which was FOX's first UK commission and launched the channel in the UK in April 2014 and aired worldwide thereafter. Olivia has also just returned from LA where she was invited to host the BAFTA Britannia Awards along side Rob Brydon.

Olivia is an experienced and popular event host.

Corporate testimonal:

We booked Olivia to host the Vue Cinema Awards 2015 and once again, she was exceptional. She was personable, professional and very, very funny – a joy to work with. Feedback from the senior management team at Vue Cinema was that this year was the best event they’ve ever had and that’s why we wouldn’t hesitate to work with Olivia again.

Nicholas Lazarus . Director of Sassy Films.

She currently has feature film & sitcom scripts in development with major production companies and broadcasters. She reckons she's all that.
