David has been involved with various car related TV programmes on both sides of the Atlantic including, Speed Hurts for Turner, Car Cruzin’ for ITV and Inside West Coast Customs for Discovery. This is in addition to entertainment shows such as the BAFTA Britannia Awards, and numerous behind the scenes specials on US dramas such as Lost, House, 24 and The Simpsons.

Starting his career in modelling, David won the Clothes Show Model of the Year competition and a consequent modelling contract. Since then he has modelled for a variety of international brands such as Ralph Lauren, Ermenegildo Zegna and Levis, as well as appearing in various TV commercials for Stella Artois, Wella, Guinness, Diet Coke and Wrigleys.

In addition to modelling, David has presented a number of TV shows including Car Cruzin' - a series that gives viewers a glimpse of celebrities (such as Jay Leno & Daryl Hannah) and their car collections for ITV. He has also appeared as a car expert for a weekly live slot on Turner Broadcastings Nuts TV discussing the latest automotive news.

Motor racing is a passion for David and he has pursued a semi-professional race career alongside his other work. Recent highlights include winning the National Britcar Production Championship in 2010 and last year he won the British MSA GT Championship with Lotus. In this area he has presented Speed Hurts, a 10 part series following the SEAT Cupra Championship. The series followed David as he raced and featured the build up, team rivalry and high-speed drama that are part of a motorsport season.

He has also appeared and produced the Bullrun Rally, which is now in its tenth season (Channel 4 in the UK, MTV in the US). A spin off TV reality version of the Rally has broadcast over 30 episodes on FOXs Speed channel in the US, with David hosting a behind the scenes special demonstrating the stunt driving in the show.

The production company he owns, Giant Film & TV, produces these programmes. They also make a range of entertainment programmes specialising in award shows (Oscars, Golden Globes & BAFTA Britannias) and 'Behind the Scenes' specials on shows such as 24, The Simpsons, Lost and House. As part of producing these and other shows David has interviewed a number of high profile individuals such as Hugh Laurie, Simon Cowell, Placido Domingo, Kofi Annan, Judi Dench and Ricky Gervais.
